I just wanted to drop a quick line here to let everyone on WTM know that Dave passed away a few hours ago. We gathered around his bedside for final time the last night, and it was pretty apparent that he wouldn't make it through the night.
As soon funeral arrangements are made, I'll post a followup. If you're the praying type, please offer a prayer for David's family. Rest in peace, old friend.

Funeral info: Thursday, February 4, 2010 2:00 P.M. Frank Wilson Funeral Home 4635 Oakwood Drive Odessa, TX David is being cremated as per his wishes. I don't have any info on memorials yet, but I'll post as I get it.

A brief note: David's widow Kala requests that, weather permitting, as many of us as possible ride motorcycles to the funeral. If it's still raining by then, however, she asks that we still attend in our motorcycle gear and/or garb. Thanks again.
